Please an I have my money back. Came here looking for the FREE Apple Bluetooth Explorer that actually does something. This does literally nothing. Whoeever approved this in the app store needs a chat with their manager. It literally does nothing.

Doesn’t work with High Sierra!

This application literally does nothing… It’s just a blank screen, do not buy it. Waste of money.

Developer, please fix this app so it does something. In the meantime, please refund my money.

This app has the same name as the Bluetooth Explorer Apple provides (as I have since discovered) in the Hardware IO Tools Package. I made the mistake of searching for Apple Bluetooth Explorer and came up with this. That doesn’t seem right and Apple should make this company rename it’s app or remove it. Oh and by the way, it doesn’t do anything. My mistake for not reading the comments, but I was convinced it was the tool that had been recommended to me. Shameful!

Search “Hardware IO Tools” on the Apple Developer’s Website; the most recent version should be included in the most recent packet. As of right now, it’s free.

Don't make the mistake the rest of us did. This app does nothing, should be removed from the store. There's not a single rating above 1 star. So much for apple protecting its users. I thought this was legit. Should have read the reviews.

Thanks, Apple Community Support page, for telling me to buy this app for help with my bluetooth trackpad; IT DID NOTHING! So happy to spend $3.99 for MORE FRUSTRATION in seeking Support for anything Apple that stops working properly — TOTAL PEICE OF TRASH! ((by the way — the “Bluetooth Explorer Support” is just another attempt at scamming users!!))

As far as I can tell, this application does nothing on Yosemite. The support site doesn’t list the application. Give me my money back, please.

Like others reviewed earlier, this is just NOT working on my 2009 iMac...

Paid for the Bluetooth Explorer app. I’ve been trying to download and install if for 2 hours but get notice the file will not download. I’ve restarted my computer 2 times and same results. I then tried a different app and it downloaded perfectly. Since this IS NOT working, I will now try to get a refund.

I’ve tried running this program several times and nothing…nada…zero. I would like my $1.99 back….but I’ll settle for deleting this app and never having to see it again.

It appears this program works for no one - including myself. I would like my money back (and I suggest you discontinue offering a program that does not work).

I've been ripped off. This just does not work as it should. Does not even have the options that it shows on the screen shot. The support page is not working. Terrible. I hope I can get a refund.

Keep adding more fetaures please. So far I've used to find my lost head set.

Doesn't appear to show all Bluetooth device connections. Very little information you can obtain. Terrible product for $2.
